Health and fitness form the basis for successful defence against adverse external influences. Recognising dangerous situations and acting appropriately requires more than striking quickly and hard. Especially for martial artists and combat athletes, there are increased demands on self-control and overview. Reflexes must be used in a targeted manner. The attacker must not be injured unintentionally.
Siu Lam Wing Chun promotes the ability of appropriate self-defence in the sense of self-defence law in a variety of crisis situations.
Body size and weight are not irrelevant. However, these are more in the background in an internal martial art. Thus, with continuous training, even great challenges can be overcome. For this, we use the specific concepts and movement principles of Siu Lam Wing Chun Kung Fu.
For successful resistance, we divide the unarmed combat into individual areas. Here we teach the martial art with the specific focuses.
