How does the body breathe in motion? How at rest? And how can conscious breathing be used in everyday life &#8211; to boost energy, promote concentration or deal with anxiety and (exam) stress?<\/p><p>Different approaches from Chi Kung, Kung Fu and breathing work according to Middendorf are incorporated into our &#8220;Active Breathing&#8221; course.
