Center of Traditional Martial Arts

Green room

The green room is the training area of our academy where the essence of traditional Siu Lam Wing Chun is practiced. Equipped with eight wooden dummies, this room enables in-depth training of the wooden dummy forms, which are among the core elements of Wing Chun.

Long pole, short sticks and double knives are practiced here. Ci Sau (sticky hands), self-defense and the training of the underlying hand forms also take place here. All these trainings are perfect for promoting precision, sensitivity and correct alignment in combat.

Form training also accelerates progress in martial arts.

Dynamics and modern martial arts

Yellow room

The SLWCP Fight Academy specializes in fitness, boxing, grappling and kickboxing training. Wing Chun boxing is also practiced here, a modern interpretation of traditional techniques that is specially adapted to the requirements of Sanda boxing.

This room has everything you need for a high-intensity workout aimed at improving endurance, strength and fighting technique.

Strength and conditioning

Powerbox

The Power-box is all about physical fitness and boxing training. In addition to punching bags and a speed ball which improves reaction time and coordination, there are also pull-up bars and other equipment for strength training. This room is perfect for members who want to improve their physical condition, as well as to master techniques in boxing, punching and kicking.

A refuge for peace and mindfulness

Old Workshop

Our Chi Kung courses, which aim to strengthen the body and mind, take place in the Old Workshop. The tranquil atmosphere supports the practice of meditation and mindfulness as participants learn to cultivate and direct their energy (chi). This space is particularly valuable for members who look for a balance to their hectic daily life and want to strengthen their inner peace.
