Discover Ci Sau: basics and techniques from Hong Kong

In our Ci Sau course we concentrate on the generic Ci Sau from Hong Kong, especially from the lineages of Loeng Zaan and Yip Man.

More than just a first introduction to Ci Sau, this course also forms a good basis for exchange and sporting cooperation, as more than 95% of Wing Chun schools are based on Yip Man and practise this very aspect of Ci Sau.

During training, you stand face-to-face with your partner, which promotes direct interaction and practical learning of the techniques.
