Discover Ci Sau: basics and techniques from Hong Kong

In our Ci Sau course we concentrate on the generic Ci Sau from Hong Kong, especially from the lineages of Loeng Zaan and Yip Man.

This course is not only a first introduction to Ci Sau, it also forms a good basis for exchange and sporting co-operation, as around 95% of Yip Man Wing Chun schools practise this aspect of Ci Sau.

During training, you stand face-to-face with your partner, which promotes direct interaction and practical learning of the techniques.
