Our fitness programme is designed to help each participant achieve and improve their personal performance level. With a wide range of exercises, we not only improve strength and endurance, but also cardiovascular performance and flexibility.

Our training is perfectly suited to optimally prepare the body for the stresses and strains of battle and to promote general fitness.
