Free training for teenagers and adults
Our workout and free training programme gives you the space to deepen your training on your own and continuously work on your skills. During this time, the training area is open to you – for joint practice with training partners or for focused individual training, for example on the punching bag.
Whether it's technique, strength, endurance or movement awareness: you determine the focus of your training. Free training allows you to consolidate what you have learned in class, internalise sequences and develop your personal training routine. At the same time, it offers you the opportunity to exchange ideas with other students, learn from each other and grow together.
Workout and free training are an important part of our training concept: independent, disciplined and goal-oriented – as a supplement to regular classes and as a basis for long-term development in Siu Lam Wing Chun.
Trial training is not possible in this course!
