Where does the boxing method come from?

In boxing, there are countless boxing drills through which the boxer develops his skills.

There are hand forms in Kung Fu. These forms of traditional martial arts are a succession of real fighting situations, trained when it comes to a fist-fighting style, as a boxing drill, alone and with partners. Our hand forms date back to a time when there was no organized police in China and self defence was commonplace. Villagers had to take care of their own safety and passed on the forms within their family clans. The hand forms therefore contain an extensive and proven knowledge for self defence even outside of regulations.
