Calm, structure and conscious movement
Chi Kung is a central component of traditional Chinese martial arts and serves to develop body awareness, breathing and inner structure. In this workshop, you will learn basic Chi Kung exercises that are designed to release tension, promote energy flow and strengthen the connection between body and mind.
The focus is on calm, precise movements, conscious breathing and upright body structure. Through simple, clearly guided exercises, you will develop stability, inner calm and an improved awareness of your own movements. Chi Kung supports both regeneration and the quality of martial arts training and can be practised regardless of age or previous experience.
The workshop is suitable for beginners as well as advanced students who want to supplement and deepen their training. The exercises taught can be easily integrated into everyday life or regular training.
