Effective principles instead of complicated techniques
In this workshop, we teach effective self-defence techniques that can be applied immediately without lengthy preparation. Based on Siu Lam Wing Chun, you will learn simple, direct and realistic techniques that are specifically designed to work reliably even under stress.
The focus is on practical everyday situations: proximity, surprise, physical inferiority and limited space. You will learn to position yourself clearly, recognise attacks early and act decisively – using techniques based on structure, timing and efficiency, not strength or size.
The workshop not only strengthens your physical ability to act, but also your self-confidence and awareness of critical situations. The aim is to provide you with tools that will make you feel safer and enable you to remain capable of acting in an emergency.
The workshop is aimed at women with no previous experience as well as participants with martial arts or combat sports experience. All content is taught in a clear, respectful manner and in a safe environment.
