On 13. and September 14, 2024 was our Sanda Intensive Training Weekend – two days of hard work, fun and intense training!
💥 We focused on boxing, kickboxing, grappling and freefighting, integrating the concepts of Siu Lam Wing Chun into martial arts to improve tactics, increase skills and optimally prepare for the Dragon Cup 2024 on September 28. 🐉🏆
The weekend showed how versatile and applicable the Wing Chun principles are in a modern martial arts context.
In particular, the bridge hands and concepts of Siu Lam Wing Chun proved to be an ideal foundation to have a clear line and structure in the areas of self-defense and martial arts as well.
Many other schools, especially in Wing Chun, struggle to apply their techniques effectively – be it in real self-defense situations or in the ring.
However, our didactics make it possible to smoothly integrate Siu Lam Wing Chun techniques into martial arts.
For all martial artists and athletes who are interested in improving their skills, we offer workshops where we can introduce our methods and approaches directly in your school.
Our workshop shows that with the right concepts and teaching methods, Wing Chun is a powerful foundation for effective martial arts.
